Our Story & Sacred Calling
Shining Light Missions and Outreach is anchored in God’s redemptive purpose for the nations—fulfilling the biblical mandate not only to support those sent into the hardest frontiers, but to actively demonstrate Christ's compassion through community healing and education.
The Gospel of Christ among all nations, through healthy, resilient, and effective frontier missionaries, and transformed communities living for the glory of God.
To equip, strengthen, and care for missionaries serving among the least reached, while demonstrating the love of Christ through free medical clinics, educational scholarships, and compassionate relief.
Anchored in God’s Word
“For from the rising of the sun, even to its going down, My name shall be great among the Gentiles; in every place incense shall be offered to My name, and a pure offering; for My name shall be great among the nations,” says the Lord of hosts.
— Malachi 1:11 (NKJV)“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.”
— Matthew 28:19–20 (NKJV)“Beloved, you do faithfully whatever you do for the brethren and for strangers, who have borne witness of your love before the church. If you send them forward on their journey in a manner worthy of God, you will do well... We therefore ought to receive such, that we may become fellow workers for the truth.”
